Inquiries about Paulo Dybala's condition as a free agent have been made to Manchester United and Arsenal by the player's agency.
Since the Argentine star's contract with Juventus expired last month, he is now unrestrictedly free to sign with any organisation. Inter Milan, the Bianconeri's domestic rivals, are thought to be the front-runners for his signature, though no agreement has been reached despite Dybala's eagerness.
Other clubs can now join the fight because of this opening. The aforementioned Premier League behemoths are interested in learning the current situation with the Nerazzurri. They appear to be still working on a deal, and more information may become available later.
Both Manchester United and Arsenal are said to have gotten in touch with Dybala's agency, according to Italian journalist Simone Tonga (via Inside Futbol). This summer, both teams are seeking to improve their offence.
This season, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette both left the Gunners. The Red Devils scored 57 fewer goals in the top level last season than they had in any other.
Since neither team placed in the top two, they are rebuilding their teams in preparation for the upcoming campaign in an effort to reach the UEFA Champions League. After proving his talent with the Bianconeri after signing from Palermo in 2015, Dybala could be a wonderful fit for any team. The 28-year-old has scored 115 goals and provided 48 assists in 293 games in all competitions, winning 12 trophies, including five Scudettos. His injury history, though, might be a cause for concern.
Manchester United is quiet while Arsenal are having a good day in the transfer market.
In addition to Gabriel Jesus, Arsenal has already signed Matt Turner, Marquinhos, and Fabio Vieira. With their quickness in the market, the Gunners have made a clear declaration of intent, and they don't appear set to stop any time soon.
Fans of Manchester United are growing impatient as the club has failed to formally announce any new acquisitions. The team was anticipated to make a number of changes after a dismal 2021–22 campaign. There haven't been many new arrivals while they've been working removing the deadwood.
On Friday (July 1), transfer guru Fabrizio Romano revealed that the Red Devils and Feyenoord's Tyrell Malacia had reached a deal. Malacia is expected to join the club as the first acquisition under Erik ten Hag.
However, with rival teams like Manchester City, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur all adding players, all eyes are currently on the Red Devils, who are hoping to emerge victorious from their current plight in the upcoming season.
